because I wanted to be sure that you know that everyone's body is different. So many of the examples that we hear of
on WW.com are of people who are losing 4-6 lbs. a week!!! First of all, I don't lose that much regularly.

I put this page up because I think it is important to recognize that people do occasionally gain. I have fought this
process for a while, but my weight continues to steadily drop and it will keep dropping as long as I stay OP!!! You
