21. I save a fruit to eat on my way home from work. I have a 50 minute commute and I used to
have a nasty little habit of stopping off for "treats" .... Second big help is accountability. My husband
and I are both OP and we have a "no secrets" agreement- we are both totally honest about our eating.... But if one of
us messes up one day, we tell each other about it, we discuss what went wrong and how it could have been better, and we learn
from each other that way. ~Newbod2004
22.
I have a motivational
picture torn from a magazine on my fridge. Everytime I saw that photo of the girl in the ad (just flipping thru mags)
I would just seethe with rage that I wish I looked like her because she is wearing my DREAM outfit. Well I forgot all about
her ... joined WW .. then months into it found her pic again and decided it would be a good motivator. Works every time. ~EMZ

23. What help me stays op...never depriving myself of something I want.
My biggest motivation...my son, Max. He is 2-1/2 and I want to be able to run and play with him. ~rstowers
24. What is helping me to stay OP is my family. My Mom and Dad have joined WW with me and we back
each other up. I also invested in one of those 32 oz cups that WW sells and try to fill it up at least 3
times a day. That's at least 13 glasses of water a day. The point for me is if I drink a lot of water I don't
want anything else to drink and I find myself so full that I don't want any snacks. However if I do have a snack attack I
always have some veggie stix or 2 pt bars on hand. I also love walking and find that time as "me time" not just "exercise
time."
